During the down time of brewing we will be kegging three beers! That’s right, THREE Bru-Tang brews will be available soon. One of them is our first attempt at a Hoppy Wheat with Swheat Punch. The other two are stouts – batch #2 of Applez N Sht and a spicy variant Applez N Sht (with chiles).
We are going to do a bottle share and bottle day for our Applez N Sht Stout Friday of this week. It is conditioned on Fuji Apples, Cinnamon Sticks, and Jameson soaked barrel staves. Very limited quantities for batch this first batch, but we will be doing this one again soon!
We are still working on our Pompous Tele-Porter. This beer is about ready to be conditioned on Jameson soaked vanilla beans. The artwork is currently in the concept stage, but expect the artwork soon!
We made up some new caps with the smexy new Brunicorn! Had some more Ghostface Chilla labels made up as well, but we might do keg only for this second batch. We are considering doing some 12 ounce bottles by request though.
We bought a new 20 gallon brew kettle (it’s a beauty). We are hoping to move up from our current 5 gallon batches to 10 gallon batches!
Shaolin Galaxy is scheduled for a brew day on October 16th. It will be a DIPA, and it is going to be our first attempt at the larger batches. The artwork for that is currently in progress, so keep an eye out for it soon!
You will also notice we have a new version of our Brunicorn! He has a proper beer belly, and all that jazz.. pew pew!
