In order to brew more, means some of these beers in waiting are getting bottled up. Over the weekend we just bottled up Hypno Tart. This is a blackberry and vanilla tart ale, and it is tasting great… ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNO TART! This coming weekend we will be bottling up our first batch of Shaolin Simcoe. This double IPA is loaded with tons of Simcoe hops, and the rest is secret!
