The website now has a new look and feel. We will continue to be tweaking things until we get it exactly how we want, but we didn’t want to wait to get it out to you guys. This revamp has improved the look (and usability) of the shop, mobile display for various size screens, and some back end stuff that should make pages load a lot faster!
For batch two of Pompous Tele-Porter we decided to source as local as possible, and will be using Fort Findlay coffee! We are thinking about using the “Black Pearl” espresso blend, but will be buying up some different roasts to see which will pair best with the vanilla beans and porter flavor profile. We will be brewing up this beer on Sunday!
We figured out the name for our sour blonde ale with peaches, and it shall go by the name of Funky Artie. We thought it needed more peaches, so we added 15 pounds! This addition now puts us at a little over 2 lbs of peaches per gallon! This beer should be finishing up in about a month-ish, and we will post a bottling date soon.
